A friend recommended your book, and I heard the Gastropod podcast with you on it. I then bought Eight Flavors in Audiobook form. I also have a blog entitled Baking through your Personal Apocalypse, http://www.psquaredbook.com, where I attempt to bake things as a way to deal with some of the recent lows life has slung at me. I just listened to the pepper section of your book, and was wondering if you have your recipes written down anywhere for us audiobook consumers? I’d love to try to make the pepper cookies (and properly credit you and link your blog) as one of my baking attempts. I also was fascinated with the lemon, pepper venison preparation, and realized I needed to actually ‘see’ these recipes to truly ‘get’ them.
